Player of the Tournament - Emirates Dubai 7s
IMPI Pack - Dylan Coetzee

Dylan was absolutely fantastic for us in Dubai, second top try scorer for the Impi pack behind our winger and speedster, Quentin Querl.

Dylan had not played much 7s before joining us earlier this year, but caught on quick and swiftly showed us that he can play at the highest level. We call Dyl our Swiss Army Knife as he can play anywhere on the pitch right from 1 to 7 and that says a lot not only in his athletic ability & his physicality but also his ability to read the game.

We unfortunately only managed to get stats for 2 of his games. Both of his stat highlights below came in the semi-final (5 games in which is more impressive)

Top speed - 31.5kpm
Clocked up 1.73KMs in the semi-final.

Dyl’s preferred position is scrum half and is currently playing at Hartpury College, where he made the 2nd XV in his first year. However because of his athleticism, physicality and being such a team player he has played multiple positions for the squad this season.

At only 19 Dyl has a bright future in both the 7s and 15s format and we look forward to being a part of his journey.
